Barriseal-R is a water-based asphalt emulsion modified with a blend of synthetic polymers and special additives. Barriseal-R is formulated to a thick consistency, so it will hang easily on vertical surfaces at high thickness. Barriseal-R is often used as an accessory product in the Barriseal-S spray-applied air & vapor barrier system. Barriseal-R can also be used as the principle membrane, and by itself performs as an air barrier, vapor barrier and waterproof membrane. Barriseal-R is applied by roller or brush, to achieve a nominal 0.040" (40-mil) dry film thickness. Barriseal-R can be applied over concrete block, concrete, exterior gypsum sheathing, foam insulation board, plywood, OSB and many other common building materials. The product is fully adhered to the substrate, flexible and rubber-like. The high film thickness and flexible, elastic properties enable Barriseal-R to bridge cracks and seal around penetrations, which creates a truly continuous, monolithic air, vapor and water barrier.

Barriseal-S is dispensed in tandem with Barricure, a non-corrosive, chloride-free deliquescent salt solution. Barriseal-S and Barricure are applied through approved co-spray equipment to achieve a nominal 0.040-inch (40 mils) dry film thickness. Barriseal-S can be applied over concrete block, concrete, exterior gypsum sheathing, foam insulation board, plywood, OSB and many other common building materials. The product is fully adhered to the substrate, flexible and rubber-like. CCW-705 Air & Vapor Barrier is a 40-mil-thick (0.040" inch) composite membrane consisting of a rubberized-asphalt adhesive laminated to a tough, dimensionally stable, smooth-surfaced poly film. CCW-705 is provided in rolls of various widths lined with disposable silicone-coated plastic release film. The release film is removed to expose the adhesive as the membrane is pressed in place. CCW-705 provides a complete barrier to moisture and air when adhered to an above-grade substrate. Cut sizes are also useful for other above-grade wall flashing applications. CCW-705 is cold applied and will adhere firmly when pressed against the substrate.

CCW-703 Liquiseal liquid-applied waterproofing membrane is a two-component polyurethane waterproofing system. It is self-curing, forming a seamless, impermeable coating that bonds tightly to an appropriate substrate, preventing the lateral transfer of water. Liquiseal is easily mixed at the jobsite and applied using a squeegee, trowel, or spray equipment, providing a waterproof rubber membrane. Liquiseal is available in two viscosities (H & V) for application to Horizontal and Vertical surfaces. Typical applications are between structural slab and wearing course on parking garages, plaza decks, balconies, roof decks, terraces, mechanical equipment rooms, fountains, kitchens, wetrooms, malls and shower stalls. Liquiseal is ideally suited for waterproofing on below-grade foundation walls, tunnels, planters and other areas where a seamless, elastomeric waterproofing is required. Use Vertical Grade Liquiseal for coating walls, vent pipes, air ducts, or other vertical surfaces. Trowel-applied Vertical Grade Liquiseal will not sag or slide down the walls so proper thickness is maintained top to bottom.

CCW MiraDRI 860/861 are self-adhering sheet membranes consisting of 56 mils (1.4 mm) of rubberized asphalt laminated to 4 mils (0.1 mm) of polyethylene to form a minimum 60-mil (1.5 mm) membrane. MiraDRI 860 membrane is suitable for installations where the ambient temperature is 40°F (4.4°C) or above. MiraDRI 861 should be used for applications between 25°F (-3.9°C) and 65°F (18°C). The combination of these two excellent waterproofing materials provides a high-performance, extremely durable waterproofing barrier. MiraDRI 860/861 membranes are used for vertical and horizontal waterproofing on structural foundation walls and decks. Below-grade foundation walls, tunnels, split slabs, plaza decks and parking decks are all areas where MiraDRI 860/861 may be applied. MiraDRI 860/861 also may be used in interior areas such as mechanical rooms, laboratories, kitchens and bathrooms. MiraDRI 860/861 should be covered with either CCW 200V/300HV Protection Course, CCW Protection Board, or CCW MiraDRAIN® drainage composites.

The fabric serves as a filter medium to prevent the passage of particles into the core, while allowing surface moisture to pass freely. CCW MiraDRAIN 9000s woven, monofilament fabric withstands high abrasion from applied overburden and prevents intrusion into the drainage core due to its low elongation characteristics. MiraSEAL is a 100%-solids, fluid-applied, single-component, moisturereacted, elastomeric, coal-tar and solvent-free, modified polymer that cures to form a flexible, monolithic, waterproof membrane on vertical and horizontal surfaces. Due to the moisture-reactive and non-gassing properties of the membrane, it provides tenacious adhesion to concrete substrates above- and below-grade, preventing lateral water migration, even with moisture present in the concrete. The inherent toughness and resilience of MiraSEAL enables it to bridge structural or shrinkage cracks that may develop in the substrate.
